Your Responsibilities

Do you enjoy working in the industry, or are you curious about what it's like to work in a production environment? Would a full-time position where you only work weekends suit you? Then the operator position at Munters might be right for you!

As machine operators at Munters, you will be responsible for controlling and monitoring machines that manufacture blocks for dehumidification systems. You will primarily work with automated machines and chemical processes but will also perform simpler maintenance tasks. Often, you will work towards a set deadline, which requires efficiency and structure. You will be part of a shift team with several people, working together towards the set goals and supporting each other in that work.

The working hours are weekend shifts from 06:00 to 18:00 on Saturday & Sunday.

Your Profile

In this role, curiosity and engagement will take you far. We are looking for a true team player driven to achieve set goals together with colleagues. You should also have the ability to stay calm in stressful situations and work carefully and structured to maintain high quality in what you do. We prefer that you have previous experience in the industry as an operator, or that you have worked practically and have a technical interest. You communicate well in Swedish.
